Whether they're early-identified or just starting to consider autism, we're ready to help your client find solutions that work.
An approach as unique as your clients
Autism Personal Coach is a provider of one-on-one support, created by Autistics, for Autistics.
We offer autism-informed coaching as an adjunct to licensed mental health care, designed to support the application of therapeutic goals in clients’ daily lives. Our services focus on practical skill-building in areas such as executive functioning, environmental modification, and routine development, without providing psychotherapy, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
Coaches are Autistic or selected by Autistic leadership and are trained to deliver structured, neurodiversity-affirming support grounded in both lived experience and established practices. We operate within clearly defined ethical and professional boundaries, including appropriate referral when needs fall outside our scope, and we encourage ongoing collaboration with treating clinicians when appropriate and consented to by the client. This model is intended to extend the continuity and effectiveness of therapy through consistent, real-world implementation support.

Lived experience is our expertise!
A network of collaboration
Our coaches don't just give random advice. Each one is selected for their unique combination of Autistic lived experience, mentorship and coaching experience, and personal commitment to openness and compassion. Before working with clients, coaches complete a self-directed training program including a deep dive into autism basics from a neurodiversity-affirming viewpoint, helpful strategies for common challenges, and guidelines for referring clients to licensed professionals.
Our Founder, Doug Blecher, oversees clients' journeys and directly supports coaches through collaborative guidance. Each month, all coaches are also invited to meet over video and discuss client challenges as a team. This unique opportunity ensures that our coaches provide support that's evolving, balanced, and inspired by a range of viewpoints.
