Yes! Please email us and request a different Coach. All of our Coaches want our clients to be successful, so it's okay if you think you want a change!

No. Therapy can be an integral tool for overcoming trauma, managing mental health concerns, and gaining resilience. Working with an autism life coach is more about practical solutions to the everyday needs of an Autistic person.
