Policies
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel or no-show with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit amount paid or the package portion used. Exceptions may apply based on individual circumstances. To modify an existing appointment, please contact the individual coach directly or log into Vagaro to manage changes.
Group (‘Class’) Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a group (‘class’) at any time without incurring any penalties. However, APC reserves the right to establish class-specific policies that may override this general policy. In such instances, class registrants will be notified of the adjusted policy upon signup.
Late Arrival Policy
If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the appointment will be considered canceled and the Appointment Cancellation Policy will be applied. APC coaches are advised to wait no longer than 15 minutes for a client to arrive unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties.
Repeat No-Show Policy
Clients who frequently arrive late or cancel sessions will receive a written warning after the third occurrence. This warning will inform them that services will be canceled after the fifth offense. Once services are canceled, clients must wait six months before re-applying for services.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered on an individual basis at the discretion of APC. Clients may request a refund for any unused sessions, packages, or classes within 45 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus a 5% transaction fee. Partially used packages will be refunded on a prorated basis. Exceptions may apply based on individual circumstances.

Account Sharing Policy
To protect client privacy and maintain accurate records, each client must have a unique account in Vagaro with a distinct email address. Family members who wish to share accounts with loved ones should instead create their own profiles and connect them using Vagaro's Family and Friends Sharing feature. Exceptions may apply based on individual circumstances.
Appointment Payments & Deposits
Clients are required to prepay for all services, either by purchasing a recurring package subscription or by placing a deposit for individual services. If a client does not have a package or is purchasing additional sessions outside of their package, they must prepay the full cost of the appointment upon booking. Package subscriptions may be modified or canceled at any time. All payments are subject to a 5% transaction fee.
