I strongly believe my clients know themselves best! That means it's my job to ask the right questions, so my clients can figure out what they want, and how to get there.


I'm trained in a strengths-based approach to coaching. This means I highlight the strengths I see in my clients, and together we think about how they can use their strongest skills and qualities to their advantage. This not only builds people's confidence, but it also helps people to recognise the power they have in their lives. I'm also a huge advocate for self-compassion, which helped me grow through the most challenging times in my life, and to this day, it helps me understand and manage my executive functioning challenges in daily life. I learn from every person I meet, most of all my clients!


My interests include elephants, psychology, crochet, coding, puzzles, travelling, walks in nature, foraging, Grand Designs (TV show), human history, Korean skincare, and plants (which have now taken over my home...)
