My own personal experience is my greatest asset as a coach. I am late-diagnosed autistic and I live with all neurodivergent individuals. That means I have had to develop plans and strategies for myself and my family that work and last long-term. I use this experience to tailor goals and strategies for my clients that are realistic and effective. Prior to coaching, I was a special education teacher and worked in higher education, so I can assist in determining and acquiring school and workplace accommodations. I’m a big believer in getting my clients to self-advocate and get the accommodations they need, both at work and at home. In my personal time, I enjoy cooking, video games, anime, traveling, gardening, and spending time with my family and pets.
